Welcome to Dalylo ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Dalylo mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Legal Disclaimer below. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Informational Purposes Only

Dalylo is designed to be a helpful, informational guide to assist users in navigating dietary preferences and product ingredients. It is NOT a medical tool, and it does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy (The "Check For Yourself" Clause)

While we are deeply committed to helping our users, Dalylo relies on third-party databases, user submissions, and automated algorithms to analyze barcodes and ingredients. Product formulations change without notice. Therefore:

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for verifying the suitability of any product.
YOU MUST ALWAYS read the physical label on the product packaging before consuming or using it, especially if you have severe allergies, medical conditions, or strict religious dietary requirements (such as Halal).

By using Dalylo, you expressly understand and agree that the developer(s), owners, and affiliates of Dalylo shall NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

Allergic reactions, illness, or medical emergencies.
Violations of religious or personal dietary restrictions.
Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the app's directory or barcode scanner.

You agree to use this application entirely at your own risk and to hold the creators of Dalylo harmless from any claims, prosecutions, or lawsuits arising from your use of the app.

4. Account & Termination

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
